November and #thankfall are in full swing and our focus at GVMS is to be thankful and grateful for everything and everyone around us! Remembering to be #thankfall has multiple benefits and you can post all over social media! Everyone gets a glimpse into each other's live and builds relationships with families! It also remind each of us to appreciate what we have!!
We recently emailed parents of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders who had MORE THAN ONE F on their progress reports and are not on track for high school.
Official report cards will be mailed home after December 16th, so PLEASE check Parent Portal daily! We will be emailing again NEXT WEEK, before Thanksgiving Break (Nov 21-25) so students can find their work!!
We are SHOCKED at the number of families and students that are NOT checking Parent Portal DAILY to ensure that your student is turning in their work. Please bookmark THIS LINK and let us know if you need another copy of the instructions to log in.

This app DIRECTLY links to our Aeries/Parent Portal system so please check it out if you have an iPhone or Apple product so that you and your student can stay up to date on grades, attendance, and upcoming assignments!
