Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year!  We had a FANTASTIC start to our school year!  We loved cheering you on to our campus in the morning!

We are excited that you are here!! We are looking forward to an exciting school year!

Back to School Night is Wednesday, August 30th .  Times and schedule will be coming soon but be sure to mark your calendars!

Our GVMS PTC, Watch D.O.G.S representatives, Cookie Dough reps, Challenge Day sign ups and more will be on hand to help answer questions, get you signed up to volunteer and more!  We look forward to having you involved!

PE Clothing orders CAN be ordered ONLINE ONLY!  The website will be open for TWO WEEKS ONLY and will close on TODAY!  All orders will be delivered directly to GVMS. If you purchase your own PE clothes in the correct colors, please make sure there is a spot to write your name for all teachers to see!

We have Challenge Day coming to GVMS this year September 26/28 and we need YOU!  Are you interested in participating in with us?  This program was created to build connection and empathy among teens, and to fulfill a vision that every kid can feel loved, safe, and celebrated!  This is an AMAZING opportunity for all of many of our 7th and 8th graders!  Sorry, not for 6th at this time due to program policy.  Check out more information at www.challengeday.org and check our their videos here https://www.challengeday.org/videos/featured-videos/

Cookie dough and cheese cake orders are coming!!  While we cannot promote this via assembly, PTC is still trying to raise money with these sales until we come up with something new for the 18-19 school year.  Please be on the look out for these orders so that you can help support our tech dreams of becoming a 1:1 DEVICE SCHOOL!  YES!!  We are only 165 devices away from being a 1:1 device school! Check out the order form and please help if you can!

Parents/Guardians may find electronic copies of the 2017-2018 Parent Student Handbook on the Parent section of the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District's website. The Parent Student Handbook is available online in English and Spanish. At the beginning of the school year, parents/guardians who have an email on file with their student's school will also receive an email with the Parent Student Handbook attached.
